"I’ve had State Farm for yrs now and I’ll probably never leave because of Courtney! She’s been hands on with my policy and making the adjustments necessary. I never have a hard time reaching her she’s always available and very patient and kind given the amount of questions I ask. I’ve asked for further references outside of insurance and she was able to assist me with that as well. She’s golden and she should definitely be in a place of importance in that office."

She was friendly, professional, and provided southern hospitality that I enjoyed as we discussed talking about landline telephones and either someone was listening on the other line in the house or just rudely interrupted your call because they want to use the phone.
