"I started with John Moore when I moved back to NC. In the beginning there were some strange quirks with the car I bought in the State Farm underwriting system. I was frustrated and annoyed. I am giving Mr. Moore and his team 5 stars, because his staff was professional and courteous, even during this difficult period. State Farm fixed its glitch and Mr. Moore and the entire office are my team for NC. I appreciate the professionalism and ability to resolve tricky situations. You cannot say enough about his creative problem-solving. What I love about State Farm is that the agents really are there for you. I am very hard to please when it comes to insurance, and he always does."
